Garden Remembrance

Back in 2012, we asked my mother-in-law if we could dig up part of her beautiful peony to plant in our garden. A year later, she passed away and every May since then, these beautiful peonies bloom around her birthday. They’re my favorite peonies in my garden – they’re a pretty pink with such a lovely sweet scent. My mother-in-law was an incredible woman – loving, kind, strong, and faith-filled. She was one of my closet friends and every May, when these peonies bloom, I am reminded of her and thank God for her beautiful impact on my life.
